Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for ordering custom or wholesale?

For all custom and wholesale orders for events you fill in an order form. I will then get back to you with a quote and a date by which you need to confirm the orders.

What is the lead time?

It depends on how many lollipops you are ordering. All my lollipops are made to order. I will email you back with a lead time on your specific order.

As a general rule if your order is of 1000 units or less it is best to order at least 3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (because I get fully booked) but if you have less time than that you can still send in your order form and I will try my best to fit you in.

I have ordered lollipops and confirmed my order for my event. When will they arrive?

Unless otherwise requested your order will arrive within the week before your event, usually on the Wednesday before for a weekend event.

Can I order lollipops for resale in my shop?

Yes you can. Fill in a wholesale order form and I will get back to you. Please note that there is a waiting list for new retailers, as I prefer to gradually add more retailers rather than adding all at once, to make sure I can keep up with stock requirements.

Can you make me my own flavour/ design of lollipop?

Yes! I love to make completely custom lollipops! If you do not find what you are looking for in the wholesale order form please just pop me an email or fill out the form on the contact page.

Please keep in mind that my flavours are mostly imported so new flavours are subject to availability.

There are minimum order for custom lollipops or 40 small, 20 medium and 10 large lollipops unless otherwise specified on the order form.

If your custom order requires testing or samples these will be charged for.

Can I put this-none-edible-thing in a lollipop?

No, my lollipops are made to be eaten so I only put edible things in them.

Are your lollipops sugar free?

No. The basic structure of the lollipop is sugar. I have found in testing that sugar replacements either don’t hold the structure, don’t taste good or (because of the high concentration in the lollipops) can make you feel very sick.

If you have a new kind sugar that you would like me to test in the lollipops please contact me. Charges may apply for testing.

Why can I only get some flavours in medium and large size?

Every one of my lollipops have a different recipe and some of them are just not suited to be made in bigger sizes.

How should I store my lollipops?

Your lollipops should be stored in a cool place out of the sunlight in an airtight container if possible. You can also keep them in the fridge as long as they are inside an airtight container to keep them from moist fridge air.
